I am an ex-uni lecturer turned health and fitness professional with a Masters degree in psychology and a proven track record transforming clients' lives - but also the careers of other fitness professionals. I am on a mission to stop people falling into older age feeling tired, dependent on medication and feeling quite frankly "old". I am not out to trick you into some online fad or pointless subscription that you never use.
